Assam Rifles, Srikona Battalion proudly acknowledges the inspiring achievement of Ms Binila Khumukcham from Jiribam, Manipur, who has demonstrated exceptional determination and resilience in overcoming physical challenges to excel in the Higher Secondary Examination 2026 conducted by Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur.
Despite living with cerebral palsy and being unable to use her hands, she secured 67.4% in the Commerce stream, earning a First Division and reportedly achieving the highest marks in her stream from Jiribam.
On learning about her remarkable journey, Commandant, Assam Rifles, Srikona Battalion visited her residence to personally to convey appreciation and encouragement and felicitated her as a gesture of recognition.
